Elisa Harmon works with individuals, families, and local businesses to provide practical and personalized guidance in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related matters. She values long-term relationships that span generations and takes pride in helping families plan for the future and navigate difficult times with confidence and care. Elisa also assists with business and real estate matters and serves as a title agent with Preservation Title Agency.
After graduating from Capital University in 2002 and being commissioned as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army, she earned her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2005. She served on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps until 2010, when she and her family returned to Henry County.
Elisa understands that modern families are often busy and spread out. She works closely with clients who have young children, with clients who have busy work schedules, with retirees who live locally only part of the year, and with clients who have out-of-town family members. Flexible meeting options, including phone and remote conferences, allow Elisa to serve clients at every phase of their lives and allow families to stay connected and move forward together—no matter where they are. This flexibility can be especially helpful during an estate administration process when beneficiaries and fiduciaries do not live locally.
Elisa is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Finance Committee for Henry County Hospital and is a Board Member of the Filling Home Foundation.
She is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
